I have done this, but not in a public restroom, usually in houses where the light switch is on the outside of the bathroom. I'm so glad the light switch in my house is inside the bathroom

No public but I always do it to hubbie at home. He always always pee's with the door open so if I am walking by I will turn off the light and slam the door. He hasn't learned yet because he still does it.

no it was done to me when i was about 10yrs old. i was pooing and i think that it was in a hospital. my mother was there for an inner ear infection and my uncle drove us there. anyways i was pooing and the next thing i know the lights went out. i was scared out of my mind. but i stayed calm i figured the killers couldn't see me either. so i quickly pulled up my pants with dukie still in my butt.laid on my stomach and slither myself under the stall and was headed to the door when all of a sudden the lights came back on it was my uncle and cousin playing a cruel joke. i was still on my belly and they were busting out laughing. the front of my shirt was flithy and i had to throw away my underwear.
