All of the people I love. This includes my friends, family and other people. I think about the things I like to do and how I can learn from everything around me. Being depressed and feeling like nothing is worth it is sometimes normal unless a person feels like that for months at a time.

Think of all the people who would be hurt by your one action of selfishness...
My parents and family would be crushed...my daughter would grow up without a Mama...my honey would probably blame himself for not being able to help me or not seeing it coming...my friends would be heartbroken...my honey's family would have to deal with his depression after losing me...everybody will be affected differently but will still be affected somehow...
just so I wouldn't have to deal with a life that many many others are dealing with every day under much more serious conditions and yet still keep going.
Why would somebody want to do that to others?
Sick it up and do what you have to do to keep yourself content. Life is precious...make it good yourself.

There's always something or someone to live for. As to whether it's one's time to die or not, there's a joke about that. A woman gets on a plane scared to death of flying. Her husband tries to reassure her by telling her that planes are perfectly safe and she won't die because it's not her day to die. She looks at him and says, "Yeah, well what if it's the pilot's day?"

Well it depends on what you believe in. If your christian God allows every man with choice. You make your own choices that's what you were born for. Sometimes it feels as if your not always just living for yourself, your also living for others. This all depends on what you think. It's your mind that keeps you from hurting yourself. Don't dwell on it too long child; you tend to feel quite used if you think on it to much. =)

Feeling guilty about how it would mess up my parents' and siblings' lives, and that someone would have to clean out my apartment for me. Haha, honestly sometimes that's all that's keeping me here!

i was feeling this way a few months ago. i was pretty depressed.
seeing my children laughing, having them hug me, telling me out of the blue that they love me. My husband, man, he is my rock. he made me feel worthwhile again. I love him so much, and i know that he loves me. That's what kept me going. even if you can't see it, there's always light somewhere.

Even if you feel down sometimes deep inside you know, there will be better days.
