Depends upon the situation. Drunk and nekkid back during my undergrad days? No problem. So was everybody else, and I looked better than most of them. Gym locker room or communal store dressing room? No problem. That's what those places are for, and I still look better than most of the other heifers. Doctor's office? They can't examine some parts of you with your clothes on, so why make a fuss? Although public nudity is not necessarily appropriate, there are times when it is not completely inappropriate, nor is it to be completely unexpected.
