Why can't I play solitair any longer? and using caps is not rude!?

I USE TO BE ABLE TO CLICK ON GOLF SOLITAIRE AND IT WOULD COME UP NOW IT DOESNT WHY? AND SOLITAIRE 13. I CANNOT GET INTO THESE GAMES ANYMORE AND I WANT TO KNOW WHY! I CAN STILL PLAY EUCHER BUT NOT SOLITAIRE. ARE YOU GONNA FIX THIS????

Yes, using caps is the on-line equivalent of SHOUTING and it is really rude to "shout" at people who you would like to give you assistance.
