I like my room to be chilly when I sleep. Too much heat causes me to get stuffy and I can't breath right. As long as I have my covers over me, and the chilly air is hitting my face I sleep like a baby. If I have the heat on it causes me to toss and turn because I am a hot natured person. So it's chilly in my room all year around.

Cool. Not chilly and not warm but a little on the cool side. It's supposed to be the healthiest and best way to sleep. I scramble under the blankies but don't like the heat blasting while sleeping...in fact I can't sleep at all if the room it too warm.

Chilly because our 45 lb. BIG Sheltie Bud wedges his fuzzy body between us and I usually have to flip the covers off to keep from over heating and having it chilly helps to cool me down so I can cover up for another round of Bud's favorite game, "Par-Boil Your Peeps"
