When you're in this much doubt, call your doctor. The swelling is normal and so is the fatigue. You're in the last stages of pregnancy. I think you need to tell your doc about the chest and stomach pains.
Good luck!

Its normal at this stage,
But its exhausting,
just drink some warm tea and relax,
lay flat on your back cause it opens your air ways, so you can breathe, and
remember 38 weeks your baby will be here so whats that
3 more weeks,
you can do it
If it get really bad go to the hospital.
call your doctor.

You could be having false contractions. I would call a doctor as soon as possible. Where you are so far along, I would recomend having someone close by just incase you go into premature labor. I hope you call your doctor.

I suggest that you call your doctor and let them know what is going on. They will be able to give you better advice and can ask you important questions that none of us here can.
