I can't find it on the net. Odd.

There's an isotype in a New York herbarium and here's the info on that one--but this isn'y what you're looking for, i know:

This would have been a lot easier if you'd asked about Hoya kerrii variegated, Hoya kerrii Craib or Hoya archboldiana. (-;
