this stupid girl working in my apartment complex asked me if i was stalking her.ive called her about 3 times during a week because im trying to move into a different apt in the same complex.she asked me if i was stalking her,i think she was joking but i didnt like it all.
i only talk to her for business.& i didnt appreciate this comment at all.
should i sue this apt complex for something??
harassment or something?? :()

Don't sue. I think you're being a little over reactive on this one. Just tell the apartment manager (in a polite and calm way) that you were offended by her comment and that's it. If she is the manager just her (nicely) to please stop. This is a simple problem that involves communication and telling a person when you are uncomfortable. Suing would be ridiculous.

Okay, so you don't want to speak to the manager because the girl would hate you......Don't you think she would hate you if the complex got sued??? She would still be on the hook, and she would still know it was you.
Why don't you try telling her that she's not your type (unless you really are stalking her lol) and that you are offended.

I know the answer, everyone should sue everyone. Whenever someone doesn't like something they should sue. That will solve all our problems. You should definitely sue. Sue them. Sue her. Get some money, because what happened to you is definitely worth money. Sue them, that will fix it.
