its high in sugar and empty calories yet it contains lots of nasty chemcials. So I would drink it only very rarely, because it has no nutritional value.

Do you like Orange juice with calcium added? That is a better choice.

Caffeine loose soda is only nice for the toddler. this is the caffeine you ought to be apprehensive about. And maximum docs say you may have a million-2 caffeinated drinks an afternoon, so that you shouldn't be apprehensive about an orange soda right here and there. I switched to eating routine caffeine loose pepsi on the grounds that I became pregnant. I only favor the style each and every now and back. the in elementary words element you should favor to rigidity about is each and each and every of the sugar, yet as long as you're literally not having 10 an afternoon there is not some thing incorrect with having an orange soda.

Yes, in small amounts. Alot of any type of soda isnt good for the baby, Orange soda and other sodas do not have any nutrients.....maybe drink 2-3 a week and then after that try drinking orange juice or milk.....

It is not bad... in moderation. It has no nutritional value what so ever, It may not contain caffine but it has other not so good chemicals in it. Look at the ingredients that will tell you all of the junk it consists of. But, I dont think one now and then will hurt you or the baby. Good Luck!!

in moderation dont go and drink the whole bottle or anything. You can even drink a lil caffine if you wanted. MAke up for it with an extra glass of milk or something.

You can drink anything you want that's not alcoholic. My wife drank pepsi like a fish when she was pregnant, along with an assortment of other sodas. Including orange soda. So don't hold back, you're fine.

yes you can drink orange soda, I drank coca cola during my pregnancies and tea and sometimes coffee all caffienated. My kids are just fine. All it did was wake them up a little bit, but since you are only 13 weeks, you probably won't notice too much going on.

You shouldn't drink a lot of pop cause it's full of empty calories and you could be putting something more wholesome and nutritious in your body for your baby. But if your doctor hasn't restricted you, it's ok to have a can every now and then.
