I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been told I have a uterus that is side ways, is there any information on what I can expect that is going to be different from a regular positioned uterus?

This is what I found on Wikipedia. I think you should ask your doctor for more info. Maybe it is just abnormally shaped. The uterus changes shape and expands during pregnancy anyway.

The fundus of the uterus is the top portion opposite from the cervix. Fundal height, measured from the top of the pubic bone, is routinely measured in pregnancy to determine growth rates.
If the measurement is smaller or larger than what would be expected for gestational age, it can be a crude indicator of an abnormality (for example, a breech or sideways presentation, twins, or a placental issue), requiring further tests such as ultrasound to determine the exact nature of the problem, if any.

Well, I've never heard of a side ways uterus, has your doctor told you that you will be able to have a healthy pregnancy? Your baby might not be able to survive it.. ask a professional.
