Have IVF done. Do PGD (they will extract on cell out of the embryo and run a genetics test on it). Transfer only the female embryos back to the uterus. That's the only foolproof way to be sure you conceive a girl.
Some *fun* ways to try, but with absolutely no guarantees, are to ejaculate real shallow if you can, and to have sex two days before she ovulates. Have your wife/girlfriend douche with vinegar Massengill before you have sex.
Good luck making a baby girl! But please be happy if you make a baby boy as well. Be happy you can make a baby at all. ;-)

To get a youngster toddler depends upon the x and y chromosomes. the male truthfully has the determining chromosome. So do not know the way u can regulate that however i've heard the in the direction of ovulation the higher probabilities of boy. I do not believer given that i obtained a lady..... that's cool.. LOL.. well there are old wives tales on certain postions, days you had sex on, etc... but really it all depends on the man and his chromosomes. Men are the ones that determine the sex of the baby... Its pretty much "re-written" in a mans genes and chromosomes whether or not he carries the "X" or "Y" baby gene. One way to get a good idea is does the dad have mostly boys or girls in his family? Though, this isnt always the case, its a good way of "clues"

You can try to time intercourse 2 to 3 days before ovulation since female sperm travel slower but live longer than male sperm. A non-harmful douche of baking soda, water, and vinegar may also help prior to intercourse as this changes the acidity level in the vagina and weeds out the male sperm but the females make it through just fine. If you use this, shallow penetration by the male at the time of orgasm is important so that the sperm have to swim through the douche to get filtered. Sounds weird but these are the instructions my OB gave me.

The female sperm is slower moving, yet has more endurance. If you know when your ovulating than try having sex a day or two before, most of the male sperm will likely die off. The female sperm apparently is more receptive to an acidic environment, and less in an alkaline (the opposite is true for male sperm) A womans vagina is naturally acidic, although becomes alkaline after orgasming.

There are theories on position and timing, but they are all just theories. Nothing like this can truly be proven because it's all a matter of what your husband carries. If he has more female chromosomes than male in his sperm, you have a higher chance of conceiving a girl!
