Santa's got a web page (www.santa-claus.com) where you can e-mail him letters and actually sign your kid up to get a letter or even a phone call from him! But there isn't a live online chat option that I could find anywhere. I know talking to Santa online would be super-convenient, but don't you think your child might miss out on the experience of going to see him in person at the mall?

I haven't heard on anywhere online that you can talk to santa but if you haven't been to Northpole.com you should check that site out. You can send santa and email and he'll write you back. Theres also recipes from Mrs. Claus' kitchen and a bunch of other stuff for both kids and parents. Wish I could be of more help.
