it leaks after I turn on the the faucet and the water goes down the drain hole of the basin and it starts to leak right where it is connected Please Help :-o

Just tighten it up 1/2 turn

If you look at the trap, you should two large nuts, one on each side of the u-shaped piece of the trap. Most leaks can be fixed by simply tightening these nuts. If that does not solve the problem, disconnect the nuts and replace the compression rings found underneath. If you have metal piping, the rings will be made of rubber. Plastic pipes use beveled plastic rings. The replacement rings are very inexpensive and can be found at any hardware store. Its best to take the old ones with you, as there are 2 common sizes. This should fix almost all trap leaks.

try tightening the connection where it is leaking. or get some Teflon tape from the hardware store and take it apart and wrap the tape around the threads and re-connect. If that don't work you might have replace the whole trap.

Can't picture it, but if you havn't changed out the p-trap then remove the drain and put some plumbers putty around it and reapply.
between the drain & p-trap it should fix the leak
