Julia is just a confused religous person. I keep hoping she will open her eyes and her bible at the same time and see the truth writen there but I despair of her ever having enlightenment.

She is a very angry and very lonely individual who has been unable to work through her problems and so feels that we should all be made to suffer as she feels she is suffering.
She is confused and unable to communicate her fears and anxieties.
