How could we get world peace in the first place? Would we change the govenment? Give the UN all of our money? How long would we "chill out"? Anyways, I think some wouldn't be able to "chill out".

It's always relaxed in the "cofee-shops" here in Holand.
But people always look for a new high. So illegal variants could emerge and if they do, they will be in demand.
And Canabis is very addictve. Depends on the person.
more than cigarettes. And do you want half the world to be in a
