yes you certainly can use both. Photoshop is a very powerful program of web design grahics and frontpage is ok for website creation but dreamweaver is far easier to use

Sure, use Photoshop Image Ready (web tools) where you can slice your images to fit your layouts, create .jpg, .gif, etc for your webpages. Photoshop is only an image program, so that's all you can do there, frontpage does the websites themselves.

Frontpage is sh!t. Do it yourself, open notepad and type in your html code. Good site for html: http://www.selfhtml.org . And of course you can include photoshop pictures. But I think you should save them as jpegs and gifs.
