Gosh that is a hard one because there are so many. I think I'll have to say Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.

Followed closely by Grease, The Sound of Music and Calamity Jane

My favourite film musical is "Meet Me in St Louis". The songs don't really add anything to the plot as they do in some musicals and there isn't any dancing as such but it's still a wonderful film. Judy Garland at her finest. I shall be digging it out soon for a dose of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas".

Musicals are supposed to be about fantasy, So I would say The Wizard Of Oz. I would laso like to mention Koyanisqaatsi. It's not the best, not to everyone's taste, but well worth a special mention.

The wizard of of Oz is a pure classic that still stands the test of time nearly 70 years later it is spectacular. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is another classic, and Fiddler on the Roof for a pure power story
