Yes he was arrested but never went to Mexico. His lawyers are there now trying to get the charges dropped. He is out on bond (yes his company posted the bond)He has to wear a monitoring device to keep track of him and two other members of his team. It looks like the Mexican government will drop the charges that he be brought back to Mexican and he will have to pay a fine and probably won't be allowed to travel to Mexico. You still can see him working the isles and they are still filming the series.

Yes he is I saw a blurp about it on Access or one of those show's last night that he was still infact being detained in mexico and charges were against him for violating the extradition laws.

awaiting to see if he has to go back to Mexico after captureing Andrew Luster in Mexico a few years ago where bounty hunting is illegal.
