How many times must you do something before it becomes a habit?

It's impossible to set down a number like that. It also has to do with the timespan you do it in. I doubt anyone would call 3 times over 10 years a habit.

I'd have to go with 'enough.' You should know when it's a habit.

I would agree - three times. Unless it's Heroin you're doing - I bet that only takes once.
