It depends on if Dragon is trying to be serious or not. If Dragon is trying to be serious and someone insists on being silly and talking in third person, then it is annoying.
But if Dragon is being silly, then she doesn't mind it, cuz it is pretty funny to her.

Yes, it is so annoying. I think they do it because they are just really cocky and think they are better then everyone else!!!
