no..there are not two versions...
BUT!
A song called the traveling riverside blues on the cropcircle box set repeats "you can squeeze my lemon till the juice runs down my leg" quite a few times so it often gets confused with the lemon song.

The other "version" you're thinking about is called Traveling Riverside Blues.

It's on the box set.
