Nyx is the goddess and embodiment of the night. According to Hesiod in his Theogony.

Hypnos is the greek GOD of sleep. Nox is the goddess of night and all things noctural. Could not really find anything on a goddess of sleep, do not know if there is such a thing.

HYPNOS (or Hypnus) was the god or spirit (daimon) or god of sleep. He resided in Erebos, the land of eternal darkness, beyond the gates of the rising sun. From there he rose into the sky each evening in the train of his mother Nyx (Night).
Hypnos was depicted as a young man with wings on his shoulders or brow. His attributes included either a horn of sleep-inducing opium, a poppy stem, a branch dripping water from the river Lethe (Forgetfulness), or an inverted torch.
The Roman name was Somnus or Sopor

In Hindu mythology Maya is the Goddess of dreams, that's all I think of of the top of my head.
