It's up to you if you think you need to lose weight. It's better to keep weight in check, than to let is slowly get out of control because once it's there, it's hard to lose.
Try going to Hi-Health and buying their product called HGH 3-X. It will burn fat at night in your sleep and keep you from "paying" for little indiscretions that would normally make you gain weight.
Another good product to try is Amino Max.
If you get PMS, and bloating, try going to a Naturopath and having your Progesterone levels checked. She/he can prescribe an Rx of customized progesterone/testosterone cream, which will help you through PMS and common female aging issues in the future.
Also, take a very high quality multivitamin. Not from the grocery store. It's best to get one from a Naturopath, they have the authority to prescribe the best multis available.

unless you are really short I'd have to ask why you want to lose weight in the first place. If you are worried about what you might put on over christmas don't be, once you go back to your normal routine you weight will go back to normal too. 8lbs is a awful lot to lose by christmas 2 or 3 maybe wouldn't be a bad idea if it made you more comfortable but 8 that's a bit ambitious, unless you are very heavy, which, you're not.

If you are 5'2 or taller, I would say that you don't need to lose weight if you are only 125 lbs. Since you are 18, it's young, you probably look great already~ the joys of being young~

HA we could loose weight together... um if you kow someone who has worked out before and lost enough...he/she can work out with you'...or you can go too a gym and get a personal trainer and they will will work with you...or go to the gym and make a friend...and work out together...you make a new friend and you have a work out buddy
