Ok, please tell me what boys at the age of 9, 12, 13 and 15 would enjoy but it has to be $15 or under. Everything I can think of is wayyyy more expensive... please help me out!!

Ok, I want to add that I dont know these boys.. so I dont even know what size clothes they wear... so that's not an option unfortunately

For the 9 yr old a game would be good. Maybe for the others you could get them a good book like Artemis Fowl, Harry Potter.
I think for the 15 yr old maybe some Axe Body spray. Or something like that.
The 9 yr old also would probably like matchbox cars. My 8 yr old loves them.
I can't really think of anything else. Maybe a baseball cap?

one of those tiny remote control cars. The kids will love them, and they're so much fun thier parents might actually take them. they're not too expensive either. i know you can get them at radio shack, but i'm trying to find one online. the one i got was from a kiosk in a mall, and i'm searching for it. i will edit in the link if i find it. and you can get them the same gift it's good for all the age ranges.
edit: The one i have *sheepish* is more like the third link but the car actually fits into the pen.

well for 9 years old any board game would be perfect,a twelve year old would be feeling fine with a ball and chocolates, for 15 years a bag would be fine for collage/institute and for a 13 year old any old watch will do
