You could use the Latin or Green names for the moon:
Luna (Latin: moon)
Selene (Greek: moon)
In terms of moon goddesses:
Diana (Roman)
Cynthia (Greek)
Or "Jason's Lunar Empire" is another good choice. :)

The A.C. Clarke moon colony
Luna Land
Luna Park- if you're from NYC
The Eagles Nest moon colony
The Double A moon colony
The Kennedy compound at Tranquility Base moon colony
[ I think that it's amazing that JFK never got a spacecraft or a landing site named after him. Maybe you can rectify that situation]
and the list goes on

I would look at a map of the moon and base the name on any names in the vicinity of where you plan to locate the colony. The Apollo astronauts had a cool name for the mission 11 LEM, it was called Tranquility Base because they were at the Sea of Tranquility.
