Is it possible to print out different addresses on one page of labels?

I just get the first address repeated all on one page even though I can see the different ones on my screen

Yes it is. If you are using word to mailmerge data into label format, you need to insert a "next record" field at the beginning of the second label onwards. (You don't have it on the first label.)

Yes - you can use mail merge in MS Word for this - most other WP software also has a similar feature
