Scum usually moan about being on drugs and its there "habit" that keeps getting them into trouble, not like they do anything about it! So the do good'ers usally let them off, giving advice and stuff while spending all of our taxes on these scum. Whats the point in giving a fine - out taxes usually end up paying them anyways!
While, if a law abiding citizen breaks the law, they get a nice big fine cause they can pay it. They have a permenant adress to send bayliff's round, employers to attach an earning deduction, there is no getting away.
The UK Law sucks and is more for the criminal than that law abiding citizen!
We need a tougher stance on the whole crime thing, i.e. if a lad mugs an old lady and gets caught - whip him 10 times in the street (public veiwing of course) and let people know what he has done - does anyone think he would do it again?

When was the last time the law was studied by the powers-that-be and was changed in Britain? As you correctly say, the scum are well protected here - they can beat up old people and rob them or stab someone to death for telling them to be quiet - whereas a law abider is afraid of dropping paper in the street for fear of being fined! Does it make sense? Obvious answer!
I think it will take a military coup here to shake the system up, and no, I am not joking. Can you honestly see the army taking a lenient stance on these scum?

The normal law abiding citizen doesn't know the system as well as scum does

because they know the law abiders will have a guilty conscience and have been brought up to respect the law, so they will pay the fine without questioning it. Also the scum pay their fines from the taxes we pay to pay their benefits.

Because they are not interested in putting criminals in prison because it costs them too much money. They fine the normally law abiding citizens a lot of money because they reason they probably have more cash to pay the fine.

Because the law makers (the government) is run by a load of Scottish Lawyers who live on another planet and not people who know anything about real life.

Because scum have no money to pay court costs or fines, which is what makes the goverment operate...........They will let people go and drop charges if they know they don't have the money to pay court costs.
