Born: March 31, 1927
Died: April 23, 1993
Cesar Chavez was a Mexican American labor activist and leader of the United Farm Workers. During the 20th century he was a leading voice for migrant farm workers (people who move from place to place in order to find work). His tireless leadership focused national attention on these laborers' terrible working conditions, which eventually led to improvements.

You mean Hugo? Cesar was the founder of the organized labor movement. I hate him because he uses oil profits to feed poor people, it is every man for himself, right Republicans? considers the oil in the ground the people`s oil and improves the standard of living with oil revenue. If this idea that the oil in the ground belongs to the people got to the U.S. it would be devastating for oil companies profits.

I'm not sure.

Truthfully, and at the risk of people calling me a commie, I like SOME of what he's done. Then again, he isn't exactly saving the world nor is he trying to help stop wars.

I guess I really don't know.
