yes they are . Every time I installed a wax seal in a rent home they stayed far away .

I'm not. A friend of mine is a plumber and he washes his hands all the time so I never worry.

this is funny. my husband is a hull technition on a ship, which means if something breaks or goes wrong, he has to fix it. he does a lot of plumbing, i dont touch him until he gets a shower!
