Everytime someone opens hot or cold water from other taps in the house the water flow in the shower changes to cold or hot water and does not remain in the middle. My house has a fully finished basement so it's hard to redo some plumbing. Any suggestuions?

They make shower valves that operate at a set temperature, and it automatically adjusts the flows to maintain that temperature. If you can get to the shower valve to change it out, this would be the best bet for keeping an even temperature.

Wait till everybody goes to sleep to take a shower. Your water
pressure is to low for your household. You can add an auxillary
pump if it bothers you so much and is worth the expense to you.
Like are you rich? Lock the kids out of the house and send the
wife to the store for a qt of vodka and then jump in the shower.
If you only take cold showers , the temp will never change. I am
just full of ideas, aint I ?

One great solution for this is a thermostatic shower controller. It goes in your shouwer, replaces your existing shower's water controls. It automatically senses changes in the temperature and adjusts the balance of hot and cold accordingly.

Search Google for "thermostatic shower".
