I'm going for Green Goblin too. Sure Joker's a nut, but Green Goblin killed Gwen Stacy. I dont think Spiderman's ever been so close to killing the Goblin since that day.

there both equally disturbed individuals, I think Green Goblin has a better chance at it because he attacks are immediate, and not the death machines that the Joker uses.

The Joker tends to use methods of mass attack, like chemicals and poison gasses. GG goes for those pumpkin bombs, which are more target-specific. I'd have to say the Joker, simply because his attacks are more area-effect. All other things being held equal.
