On my bill i got charged for web usage when emailing pics. The plan states upload & email pics. Apparently the plan changed & i get billed for web usage to email pics. I called Sprint they changed my plan to the unlimited web for $5 a month & was suppose to give me credit for the overage. The 1st rep said that & said wait 4 hours for it to take effect. Well 4 business days & 4 calls later i still have the charges. I get the same reply from every rep." I see where the other rep is giving you credit, let me talk to my Supervisor & i will expedite it" Same reply from all of them & they all say i have called previously & the credit will be given. The notes are on my acct. on the credit & phone calls. What should i do to get my credit that they say i have coming?

If they do give you a credit, most likely it'll be because they want to keep peace with you as a customer... their line of thinking would be "Why lose a customer over $12 or whatever?" So just be patient, persistent and polite... you will probably win.

Are you getting each of the persons names? I would ask them to put it in writing and fax it to you, that way you have some proof.
