I think you're out of your league. This is what his abilities consist of:
Super-Human Strength (Class 10 = 10 Tons)
Super-Human Reflexes (Similar to a Spider)
Super-Human Agility (Similar to a Spider)
"Spider-Sense" that warns him of pending danger and gives him ability to detect signals from his Spider-Tracers
Ability to Adhere to walls and most other Surfaces with his extremities
Other Powers: Temporarily possesses the powers of Captain Universe that gave him far greater powers than he already possessed.
Other Abilities: Peter Parker is a gifted and inventive person who even if he wasn't bitten by that Radioactive Spider years ago, would have made a great contribution to society as a scientist.

There's always one sure way to beat spidey in a fight, and that's to arrange for a nearby disaster to distract him. As he leaves to save the general public from impending doom, you shout "watcha runnin for spider-pus" or some such . . . Or you could always just shoot him. The web slinger ain't bullet proof the last time I checked . . . and who are these villains who don't realize you can just shoot spider-beotch anyway?

I wise decision would be to choose Spiderman because I know his super powers, but I don't know yours.
So set-up a fight and let me see.

Let me think now. I assume you exist because you wrote the question and I'm fairly sure spiderman is a comic character who is not real so would I be safe in saying that you would win easily?
