No one.
I always got made fun of for running to my parents, so eventually I learned to hold it in, even physical pain.

It may be sad, but if it hadn't have happened, I wouldn't be the person I am today. My caluced childhood has offered me kindness no one showed me. And so I thank all my bullies for shaping me into a strong independant woman.

My mother. A bump on the head always had a dollop of butter rubbed on it. Witch hazel for bruises and anything needing stitches, my dad had to take us to the hospital. My mother was a tough little person, but couldn't look at blood oozing from any of her kids. Even when we grew up, she was there with her medical box and advice. We had a great relationship. Sadly, she passed on 3 years ago and we all miss her in so many ways.

I always went to my mommy! When she passed away, I was left with my dad and he did a really good job of patching my booboo's!! Now both my parents are gone, so when I need someone to turn to it's my sister or my husband!

my mom.

then she'd freak out and take me to the emergency room and make me get a tetanus shot and stitches (even for the ittiest-bittiest little cut on my pinky finger!)

hey, mom, there's this great new invention called the band-aid!
