52 acres only has gravel road cut in, additional four roads will be added in
Hardin CO Tennessee what kind of cost will I be looking at in getting started
as far as water,sewage,electriclty,getting the land surveyed.

You should have know what the infrastructure would cost before you got started. It could run in the millions. What are you thinking. The survey alone could run $10,000 on 52 acres and breaking out 28 home sites and having each recorde in the court house. This is just crazy! Why would you start something with out knowing your numbers. I live in Tennessee and home sites can be very expensive depending on the land and how you want this community laid out.

I'd say probably about 3-6 million depending on how close you are to source for all those things and how fancy the systems you want are.

live in a condo community 61 homes and we only have 2 miles worth of one way road on 32 acres it cost 979thousand to pave and cost 800 thousand to have us all connected to the sewage system and alot for electricity too
