I've missed 2 periods due to my dieting and I was wondering if your body releases more than one egg when it finally does come, like since I missed 2 periods, when it comes again I'll have released 3 eggs or something like that.

No. Missing periods does not make your body ovulate extra. Otherwise every woman going off the birth control pill would have septuplets or more! (heh). Eggs that are not ovulated are simply destroyed over the course of your life. You have many more ova than you will ever ovulate, but by the time of menopause, they will all have essentially committed suicide in a process called apoptosis.

It's not impossible for you to have more than one ova released in a month... this is where fraternal twins come from... but it's not related to your missed cycles.

No that does not happen. All that will happen is that eventually you will ovulate (so if you are wanting to avoid pregnancy be sure to use protection starting now). If the egg does not get fertilized then it will die and pass through and you will start your period. In order to have a period you must ovulate ALWAYS. For example a women gets pregnant around the middle of her cycle (when she ovulates) and that is why she doesn't get a period. So you will ovulate first so be prepared. Don't think you won't get pregnant just because you missed 2 periods.
