any baby is soft and tender no matter what the species. That is why it is important to eat crispy fries with them. Makes a nice balance.

Of course! my favorite is baby seal sauteed in garlic butter with devilled Snowy Owl eggs. Yummmm

In a nice picatta...with onion, capers, basil and mushrooms. Sauteed to a light brown and then finished in a white wine stock. Delish.
