How do I find out if an AS/400 jobq is single threaded?

at a command line type DSPSBSD (Display Subsystem Description)

at the following menu, take option 1 (Operational Attributes) and hit enter.

The value for Maximum jobs in subsystem will tell you. if it is 1, then it is single threaded.....2 or more it is multithreaded.
