All of my screens "roll" when I am on line or in any application on my computer. I have run EVERY scan available....I have bought two different scans but NOTHING is working. HELP!

turn your refresh rate up ... or down ... actually i forget which way, but play with the refresh are tof the monitor and it should stop. If it doesn't your monitor is going and you might want to look for a new one.

My comp used to do that when I had the a portable fan sitting next to it. It might be another elec appliance. I know nothing about computers but that could be it.

did you try changing the monitor for testing?
