You can get one by calling Microsoft and tell them you lost it. Tell them your kids tore off the KEY from your Computer Tower.

If you do not have one you can order a COA licence from Microsoft.com

Or buy one instore, if you get a pirate one it will no last long and will be picked up by Microsoft's WGA software once your are online.

Do a search on Google.... But note that Microsoft locks these down pretty fast....
