I have 3 boys already. I really want this one to be a girl. any one know?

Well that depends on a lot of things. But I have this website I like to play on. It's called ob focus and it has a chinese gender predictor. It has been accurate for all of my kids (3) and several of my friends. I figured 20 babies total and it has been wrong once! Not bad, though it says its 65% accurate. I'll provide the link below. I carried 2 boys. Then I had a girl. I carried them differently and even had different morning sickness. How to tell before? You have a 50/50 chance.

Obviously your chances are 50/50 but to give you a little hope I have 3 boys and then got my baby girl...Good luck to you!

Exactly. Fifty fifty. Unfortunately just because you've a large number of boys, does not mean heh you'll get a girl. Of course I'm sure you know that.
My mother got four girls and two boys. My sister got a girl and a boy. It's all chance until you get your antatomy scan where they can tell you the gender (if possible.)

With the same man and woman, there tends to be a pattern in some of the sex of the babies. Certain things about you both might make it easier for one gender to be repeated.
your husband might have really ample quick swimming male sperm, for instance.
but either way, its generally a 50/50 chance. :)

There is a chart called a Chinese Conception Calendar that is supposedly very accurate. It takes your age at the time of your child's due date and the month you conceived in, and tells you the sex of your baby. My friends and family have tried this with people we know and have found it to be quite accurate. While I don't know if there is actually any science backing it, it is at least entertaining. Your chances are still exactly the same. The odds do not change just because you've had boys. Good luck!
