i actually have a friend that started doing the dance in the second link at a club and a bunch of people started chanting the song!

It's usually better to watch the dances people do in the club then it is to try an learn something from a DVD.
In the clubs you will see the newest moves while the DVDs are usually a bit dated.

i am a Dance instructor,
I am just wondering are you male or female?and what style dance (techno,hip-hop,rave,krump,)
let me know then i can refere you to some great self tought dvds.
Or you never know you may be local and be able to come to studio.
