I've never met a baby that was ticklish. Why is that? When does ticklishness start? What is ticklishness?

The baby has to first learn how to react to the stimulation of tickling. At first its just overwhelming and makes them irritable.

By about 3-4 months they have a more positive reaction to physical stimulation like tickling. And even more so my 5-6 months.

Mine were at about 3 - 4 months. All 3 of them. But, my husband is not and never has been. Just depends on the person.

They are at around four months. Just not when they are very tiny. I don't know why that is.
