This is an external kit to convert a vented drier into a condenser type drier (when you cannot vent to the outside)
usually consists of a box and some kind of condensation forcing filter (hydrophobic / hydrophilic crystals ) similar to the kind that you might find in a dehumidifier
all you do is empty the water from the condenser box regularly
(not sure if you have to do anything to regenerate the filter though)

I bought one once from either Betterware or Kleeneze, but it kept falling apart whilst in use so it really wasn't much good.
