is it a memory problem? can i fix without losing files?

Start it in Safe Mode, if it doesn't act up then it's a hardware issue. If it does act up, it is a symptom of a power supply problem. It could possibly be a memory problem, but do safe mode first. It may also lie with an infection. Make a good antivirus sweep in safe mode or use AdAware.

As i think it's a virus problem. But as far as my experience with viruses, it can be removed manually with no need for anti-viruses. Just simply open task manager by (Alt + Ctrl + Del) and then go to processes tab. Sort all the processes that are running from your user name and end all the suspicious ones. Then go to Run > msconfig and go to the startup tab. Uncheck all the suspicious processes and then click apply and then close then agree to restart your computer to fix the problem.

may be you have a virus,do antivirus definission update then do scan,if you failed do it in safe mode
