I have very fair skin, but the skin on my legs are very dry. I don't want to wear white panty hose with my dress(for an Xmas party), but the nude colors are too dark. Are there panty hose shades for people with fair skin?

I don't want to look darker, I just want my legs to be the same color as my arms-which are very fair.

There are very light colored panthose out there, you just have to go to a department store (don't try buying these at the grocery store).
Personally, I think black stocking at night during the winter are the best way to go, but it depends on the person.
Whatever you do, do. NOT. wear. white. stockings. White stocking are only acceptable if you are a) five years old and wearing mary janes, b) a nurse or c) getting married.

Pantyhose are the work of the devil...personally you couldn't PAY me to wear them. EVER.
However, for your needs, try a high end nude shade. The better made the hose, the better your legs will look - and don't forget to moisturize and let it soak in before you put on the hose.

This is a dilemma. I try not to wear them more than I have to.
If you go with the nude and the color isn't the same as your arms, no one will notice. Just have a good time!
Depending on the color of your dress, opaque brown or black might be a good match.

It's winter and it's a party. Why do you want your legs to look as fair as your skin. Wear black. They look great on anyone. They don't have the sexual connotation that used to be attached to them. Look around. Many professional woman wear them in the winter. If you want to attract attention from men, wear BLACK. They will also cover any blemishes or peeling better than any other shade.

I would try a pair of black panty hose. Black looks great for the holidays. If not try a self bronzer such as Jergens, and it will moisturize your legs and give a golden glow!

go with nude even if it is a lil dark. the white ones are uuugly.
