forum ideas for christmas?

Okay, I'm in need of a few ideas for my forum.
Anything Seasonal/Christmas-y like games or competition ideas for the members to have fun with :]
Any ideas?

How about word games, srabble the letter of words associated with the season. Or trivia about the holiday, or have them finish sentances of famous carols or plays associated with Christmas. HOw about a story writtne by the members...you start it, they all add on, and you put it together in the end? Just make a few boundary rules like the story has to stay having to do with the winter holidays...
