They go through phases of blooming, not blooming, but consider your fertilizer. If over fed with a high nitrogen solution you can expect lots of green growth, but no blooms. If this is your problem, switch to a high phophorus type.
All fertilizers have 3 numbers indicating the balance of nutrients. the first is nitrogen, next is phosphorus, and then is potassium.
20-20-20......15-30-15.... etc. Look for a high middle number on foods for blooming plants.

All the other answers are right, the spath or peace lily is an off-and-on bloomer, it needs good indirect light to bloom, fertilize to make it bloom, etc. One thing no one mentioned is watering. If you allow the plant to dry slightly this sometimes triggers blooming. By "dry slightly" I mean let the plant's leaves go down a bit, not so it droops completely, but so it is about halfway down. The plant may bloom in response because it thinks it is dying and wants to reproduce (flowers). It does not hurt the plant. Also, they do often bloom in January or February all by themselves. Let the plant rest this month, let it dry, give it light and fertilizer next month. Good luck!

Peace lilies are grown in high-abuse places like malls because they tolerate low light and lack of care. It will bloom sooner or later; just be patient.

Might not be getting enough light. They like bright filtered light. Lilies less than a year old are sensitive to this.
