You most certainly could get pregnant by using withdrawl on your most fertile days. During sex, "pre-ejaculate" comes out, and yes, there ARE swimmers in that pre-ejaculate.
If you do not want to get pregnant, withdrawl is most certainly NOT the way to go.
If you are pregnant, you will not experience symptoms for at least two weeks after the unprotected sex.
If you do not want to get pregnant, and especially if you are young and not in a serious relationship, HAVE HIM WRAP IT UP!

Wait to see if your period starts. If your going to be of those people who have a period while pregnant, then watch for morning sickness, evening sickness, cravings, going to the restroom more often. Your best bet is take a Pregnancy Test and go from there.
