I smelt a perfume the other day called fresh water(s) nottttt the cool waters one but fresh water(s) but WHO is it by?????

How did you smell a name of perfume? You know all the names by there smell or what! Absolute Genious!!! I think what you are smelling is more of a body spray from American Eagle. Cool Waters/ Fresh Waters are basically the same thing. Check the Cool Water brand and it should tell you the fresh water maker too. But stop going to malls and smelling things. If you smell it, look at the label to see what it is.

I did a Google search but didn't find anything. Can you possibly call the store you smelled it at (or whomever you smelled it on) and ask them? Good luck!
